JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Research, select and suggest curriculum, teaching materials and visual aids for teaching process
- Establish program frameworks and teaching programs; work with Schools to develop program frameworks and distribute teaching programs to Schools
- Building lesson plans
- Preparing visual aids
- Take on class observation and teacher evaluation
- Attending training courses for teachers
- Develop final, year-end, mid-course, end of course and excellent student tests
- Organize seminars, demos, conferences and extracurricular activities
