We are open for potential candidates in Receptionist - Admin post, working in the fast-track integrated resort project.
Job location: Quang Nam Province
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Being Receptionist in welcoming guests and answering incoming phones, transfer to related staff in a professional way
• Lunch arrangement for leaders and staff of company
• To purchase snack, food and beverage for company staffs and other necessary supplies as Receptionist request, divide amount for everyday use and prepare supporting payment document for Admin.
• Purchase all office supplies necessary for reasonable demand of staffs and office
• To work as storekeeper, import and export items, keep storekeeping process with enough supporting papers. Storekeeping includes stationery, water, food and beverage, cleaning materials, all other general office supplies of the Company…
• To prepare meeting rooms and manager rooms with enough water, lighting and air-conditioning…, serve water, tea or coffee for leaders, guests in meeting room…
• To support in managing & ordering stationery items, name card, sim card, name tag, …
• Ensure all equipment, electricity, water system in the offices operation smoothly
• Handle & filing incoming/outgoing correspondences.
• Translation of official letters, documents as requested by line manager, leaders of the company.
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and others.
• Prepare payment claims and maintain admin expense reports.
• Manage driver and arrange car for leader and staff for daily working to Quang Nam offices and arrange cars for trips/ meetings/ site inspection for leaders, staff, visitors, guests and consultants as requested
• Check monthly working schedule, overtime of company drivers
• Prepare monthly travelling, admin expense report
• Manage cleaning staff to ensure hygiene & cleanliness at offices, manage security staff to ensure safety for office
• Make travel arrangement including air ticket, hotel and restaurant booking, all logistics arrangement for staffs and guests of the company

• University degree
• 1-3 years of working experiences in relevant field, fresh graduates are welcomed
• Good English skills, both speaking and writing
